For rail vehicles, the requirements regarding weight and noise emissions are particularly demanding when designing the electric motors. In addition, the vehicles must also be equipped for use in extreme weather conditions from -40ºC to +50ºC. Our electric bus motors are optimized in terms of efficiency, power and installation space to ensure the greatest possible range for customers and passengers. TSA’s performance package is completed by the service concept ‘Long-Life Value Service’ including maintenance, servicing and repairs over the entire lifetime of a motor, generator or gearbox.
