TSA at the JOBmania Schools and Career Fair
The JOBmania Tour, organized by the Public Employment Service Austria (AMS), consists of local events and fairs in order to address as many young people as possible, and to make them aware of the wide range of AMS services for youth. This year Traktionssysteme Austria participated in the JOBmania Schools and Carreer Fair in Wiener Neustadt (Lower Austria) for the purpose of increasing its brand awareness regarding the company‘s search for young talents.
In fact it is very difficult to find suitable young people who want to start their career with an apprenticeship at an industrial company. As it is more than important to ensure the next generation of young professionals, Traktionssysteme Austria strongly advertises by using the argument that only industrial companies are capable to offer a broad range of educational possibilities for technical occupations.
