Leading Role for TSA at MORE DRIVE 2017 Conference
Traktionssysteme Austria was significantly involved in the International Conference “more drive – Efficient Machinery and Drives for Industrial and Mobility Applications (Austrian Electrotechnical Association – OVE, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers – IEEE)” at the House of Industry in Vienna from January 25-26, 2017.
By delivering lectures on the Optimization of Air Cooling (Stefan Wild), Optimization of Efficiency (Stefan Schulz), Optimization Parameters for PM Traction Generators (Markus Neubauer), Effects of Alloys on Electrical Steel (Florian Müllner) and Energy Usage Calculation (Florian Kopp), TSA used the ideal setting to present its leading development activities of innovative traction machines.
Through the help of Professor Neudorfer´s close international contacts, the faculty and their employees of the most important and renowned German institutes of electrical machines, inter alia from Darmstadt, Hannover, Berlin and Aachen, were willing to participate in the conference.
