TSA & Mantena sign Service Agreement for Norwegian Market

As of now, the company Mantena AS from Oslo (NO) will take over the handling of service, maintenance and spare parts for TSA in Norway. Mantena is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the NSB Group (Norges Statsbaner/Norwegian State Railways). The Norwegian market is growing strongly and the number of TSA´s products used in Norway is increasing constantly: the operating NSB FLIRT fleet is expanding steadily, Variobahn low-floor trams by Stadler are driving through the city of Bergen, and CAF (Spain) will supply type Oaris vehicles to the operator Flytoget (Airport Express Train in Oslo) – also with TSA motors.
Mantena has several locations in Norway with approximately 1,200 employees and is currently expanding in Sweden as well. The company´s headquarters is located in Oslo and has, among other equipment, its own repair department for motors where also new windings (for DC/CA) are being manufactured. Throughout the last years, Mantena has proven to be a very professional and flexible company and we are already looking forward to our cooperation.
