New 250 ton eccentric press at Traktionssysteme Austria
The commissioning of the new eccentric press with 250 ton lifting capacity for the manufacturing of circular sheet metal blanks was successfully performed as scheduled. One year ago Andritz Kaiser from Bretten (Germany) was selected as the supplier of the eccentric press after a tough bidding contest.
The investment of almost EUR 1.8m will boost the productivity in the manufacturing process of electrical steel up to a trendsetting level. This completed investment is part of a comprehensive enlargement program for Traktionssysteme Austria´s current manufacturing site in Wiener Neudorf.
